1) Exercise once a week more than you usually do.
2) Set (and try to stick to) a weekly/monthy budget.
3) Eat an apple (or banana or carrot) a day.
4) Get more sleep. (Go to bed 15 minutes earlier than you did in 2012 and you’ll acquire an extra 91 hours and 15 minutes of sleep in 2013!)
5) Say “should” and “shouldn’t” less. Try, “It would be better if…”
6) Smile at strangers more often.
7) Volunteer your time.
8) Pledge to do something that will help the environment. Organize a neighborhood clean up, or simply use less paper towels than you normally would.
9) Learn one new thing. This can be done daily, weekly, monthly…even learning one new thing a year is better than learning nothing at all!
10) Try.
